Exceptional 17th century Oak Coffer with drawer. Probably Somerset/Dorset. Circa 1670
Bold and crisp carving to the front panels and drawer. Foliate carving to the top rail and drawer. Three carved front panels with scrolling leaves and flower heads.Till to the interior. Later strap work hinges. Wonderful rich colour and patination
