Rare 18th century Oak Silver Table
Early 18th century Oak Silver Table – rare in Oak. The term ‘silver table’ came
from ‘taking tea’ which was overseen by the lady of the house using her silver tea service
which was placed on the small table. Moulded edge to the top, shaped frieze and standing on slender cabriole legs, terminating in pad feet of an unusual design.
